Survey: eliminating violence and harassment

Survey: eliminating violence and harassment

Together with its affiliated unions, UNI Europa has launched two online surveys in the context of the “Eliminating violence and harassment in the world of work” project. The survey is addressed to trade unions and employers who are either jointly or individually involved in preventing gender-based violence and harassment, domestic violence impacting the workplace and third-party violence as part of broader health and safety measures. Of the two surveys, one is targeted at trade union officials and members, the other at employers organisations.

The objectives of the survey are to:

  • Evaluate the impact of the pandemic on gender-based violence in the world of work and on female workers,
  • Evaluate the impact of European social dialogue instruments and occupational safety and health legislation and regulations (European and National levels) on the building awareness and tackling violence and harassment affecting women in the world of work,
  • Evaluate psychosocial risk factors of third-party violence and teleworking, especially the impact of “home being the new workplace” including the consequences on mental health/wellbeing.

The survey is addressed to trade unions and employers who are either jointly or individually involved in preventing gender-based violence and harassment, domestic violence impacting the workplace and third-party violence as part of broader health and safety measures.

Make sure you participate so that the voice of those you represent is heard.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to answer. You may access the survey by clicking on the following links:

We ask you to give it your prompt attention and ensure that you respond no later than 10 April 2023.

The survey is being managed by a team of external researchers which will host the survey online and collect your responses. All information provided will be confidential and no information will be shared with project partners or other external agencies.
