(Re)negotiations in EWCs

On 10-12 May, in Torremolinos, Spain, UNI Europa joined forces with the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) in a cross sectoral training for European Works Councils (EWC).

20 participants (experts, coordinators and EWC members) from Luxembourg, Romania, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Finland, France, Poland and Check Republic attended this inspiring and informative course.

The focus of the training was on developing the technical knowledge and practical skills to participate in (re)negotiations in already existing EWCs or to negotiate agreements for new ones.

The team of trainers included:  Cyprian Szyszka from ETUI, Doris Meissner member of ETUI trainers’ network, and Annika Flaten from UNI Europa.
