Dark stores: Back to the Dark Ages?

UNI Europa and FEPS have teamed up with researchers. The findings are brought together in the following reports:

• Back to the Dark Ages? Q-commerce, Rapid Retail and the Changing Landscape of Retail Work – explores business dynamics, working conditions, and provides policy recommendations surrounding q-commerce.
• The Dark Stores of Turkey – Are Getir’s Dark Stores “Bringing Happiness”? – focuses specifically on the multinational company Getir, one of the main actors in the q-commerce sector, in its home country of Turkey.

The hybrid launch event took place on Tuesday 28 March.
