Our approach

UNI Europa works with affiliates to address their collective bargaining challenges by providing varied and in-depth support at all levels. This is primarily delivered via the three organising centres that we have established to work closely with unions to develop their capacity.

EPOC Network is a forum where we bring together organisers and especially lead organisers from across Europe who are engaged in our organising centres to share their experiences, including seeking advice and support from one another. EPOC Network meets regularly on a cross-sectoral and transnational basis.

EPOC

The European Power and Organising Centre brings together lead organisers from affiliates in Western Europe.

COZZ

The Central Europe Organising Centre covers Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

SEEOC

The South-East Europe Organising Centre is the latest addition to the UNI Europa organising centre family.
